Not so appropriate in terms of my focused client base but this brand guide lines booklet from 2BR is amazingly well designed.

Love the typeface page explaining why and in what situations the typeface should be used and also the color palette page and poster is something i will be thinking about if i ever have to do a re-brand of a company.
