Applicable photography and direction

So for one of my chosen routes i am looking at using photography. I have looked into local photographers to gather a sense of look for the photography. I want to create a look that says sophistication and quality but is friendly at the same time. All the below images do this and also have a added bonus of a theatrical feel to them.
